To hire or to be hired?
To hire or to be hired?

In the beginning phase of an online business, it is very usual (and expected) that you fill all the roles yourself.
You are the person to create, set up and monitor your Fb ads. You are writing all the emails and building landing pages. You are recording course videos, delivering content to your audience, answering all the emails and doing the live Q&A sessions. As that was not enough, you are also sending invoices, reminding people they owe you money, and trying to organise the timeline of everything…
Overwhelming, yes!
Some people say from the beginning, “I do not want to do the tech part myself”. Others just assume they will have to do everything themselves for a long time - since they cannot afford to hire someone.
So here is some food for thought for you:
You should hire someone to help you before you think you are ready.
Why and how is that?
The reason is that, most likely, you can spend your time much more effectively if you outsource the things you are not good at and do not like.
Have you ever spent half a day (or more) procrastinating, and when you finally do that thing, it takes 15 minutes or a maximum of an hour?
(How do I know? Yep, I've done it myself.)
So when you find someone good at that task - and also important - LIKE IT…
They will use 15 mins or max an hour to do it!
And you saved half a day to spend on money-generating tasks and stuff you LOVE.
So the question is - can you earn more money on that half day than it costs to have someone use 15 mins to 1 hr to do the task?
If the answer is yes, you should hire that person already!
There are so many ways to do it if you cannot employ them yet - in our remote working companies, you can find a freelancer, someone you pay by the hour or a project person.
